These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cherie mobile application and services provided by Camus Technologies, Ltd. By accessing or using Cherie, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Cherie, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; violate any applicable laws or regulations; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
Service Bookings
Cherie provides a platform to connect users with third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by service providers.
E-commerce Transactions
All purchases made through Cherie are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Refunds and returns are subject to our return policy.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Camus Technologies, Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Camus Technologies, Ltd., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
