Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please understand that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.
What Will Happen
- All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Your posts, photos, and social content will be removed
- Your booking history and service records will be deleted
- Your purchase history and saved payment methods will be removed
- You will lose access to your account immediately
- This action cannot be undone
How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion
Open the Cherie app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, and follow the prompts.

Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@cherie.pet with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address and phone number.

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will: immediately deactivate your account, begin the deletion process within 24 hours, and complete permanent deletion within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
